Entryway to 12 Trinity Square

Low Season Rates:

US$210/night and US$1,350/week, based upon occupancy by 1-2 persons. For each person over 2, there will be a minimal additional charge of US$20/night and US$120/week.
Low season runs from January 3, 2010 until March 26, 2010, and from September 27, 2010 until December 10, 2010.

High Season Rates:

US$270/night and US$1,750/week, based upon occupancy by 1-2 persons. For each person over 2, there will be a minimal additional charge of US$20/night and US$120/week.
High season is from 27 March 2010 until 26 September 2010, and from 11 December 2010 until January 2, 2011.

Other Fees:

The above rates are inclusive of tax. The only other fee is a US$100 cleaning fee. There is a fully refundable damage deposit of US$350 that is returned shortly after the stay.

Rental Policies:

This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Also, pets are not allowed.

There is, generally, a 4 night minimum stay requirement. Exceptions can be made, but generally only when there are a limited number of nights, such as 2 or 3, remaining available between two longer stays. If you're not sure, feel free to inquire.

In case of cancellation, the rental deposit is only returned if I am able to re-let (re-rent) the dates you had reserved. In 5+ years of renting my flat out as a vacation/holiday home, I've only had people had to cancel on 5 or 6 occasions, and in each case was given enough notice that I was able to rent the flat for the dates the original guests had reserved it, and therefore return their deposit. I cannot promise, however, to be able to do so. It may be a good idea on your part, therefore, to purchase renter's insurance if you feel that there is a good chance you may have to cancel the trip and want to feel 100% certain that you are covered in that eventuality.

Instructions On How To Reserve Dates And Make Payments:

If you would like to reserve the flat, please send me an email at the contact email address listed, asking whatever additional questions you may have. When making a decision on a romantic getaway or a family vacation, I expect that you will take that decision seriously and have a number of questions, so feel free to ask away! If you would like to correspond or speak with former guests for references, I have a number of former guests who have agreed to serve as references, so feel free to ask for contact information if you would like to speak over the telephone with or email them. If and when you have decided that my flat is the place for your holiday or business trip, I will send you a booking form that will ask for your contact details, flight/train/ship/etc. arrival and departure times so that I can coordinate with my cleaning crew, and that will contain payment details.

Payment is via wire transfer from your bank to mine. 50% of the total rental fee is required to reserve dates. If reserving a week for two persons in low season, for example, the rental deposit required to reserve dates is US$675 (half of the low season weekly rental fee of US$1,350).

The remaining 50% of the rental fee (US$675, using the example above), plus the US$100 cleaning fee, plus the refundable US$350 damage deposit, is due two weeks prior to arrival. The damage deposit is usually returned via a US$ check drawn on the same US-based account to which payment was likely made.

Payment can be made in pounds sterling and in euros, as well, if that is more convenient for you than US dollars.
